This page is for service coordinators, veterans' program staff, managed care case managers, and discharge planners. It is not a sales page. It exists so you can see plainly what we build, what we don't do, and what stage we are actually at.
Vault has not yet placed a client. Our first unit is on site in Corona, California, and is working through entitlement and permitting. We are not accepting referrals today. We are publishing this page now so that when we are ready, you have already had the chance to look at us with a cold eye.
Vault designs and delivers factory-built residential structures configured for licensed care and supportive housing settings. A Vault building is a permanent structure on a permanent foundation. It is reviewed by the local building and fire authorities, and it is inspected by the licensing agency, exactly as a site-built facility would be.
"Modular" describes how the building is produced, not the standard it is held to. The modules are fabricated in a controlled facility, transported, and set. The applicable building code and the applicable physical-plant requirements are the same ones that apply to any other building of that occupancy in that jurisdiction.
Being clear about this saves everyone time.
Updated as of the current quarter. We keep this honest because a referral partner who finds out we overstated something will never send us anyone again — correctly.
Not a referral. Not yet, and it would be inappropriate to ask.
What is useful to us right now is the chance to show you the site and hear where a setting like this would and wouldn't work for the people you serve. If there is a physical-plant feature that consistently causes you to rule a placement out — a bathroom configuration, a doorway, an approach, a sightline — we would rather hear it while the drawings can still change than after we have built forty of them wrong.
If you are willing to look at the Corona site or take a short call, we will not use it as a sales conversation and we will not add you to a mailing list.
Partner inquiries go to a monitored address and are answered by someone who can actually speak to the pilot's status.
